For orders above €50 you pay no delivery charges. If you place an order with a total amount below €50, shipping costs are €4.50.

If you choose to return your parcel using our offered shipping methods, you will receive a discount on your return label. The return rates are as follows:

- Netherlands: €3.95
- Belgium: €3.95
- Germany: €3.95

If you choose another shipping method, you are responsible for franking your package yourself.

Both items from new collections and discounted items may be returned within the 30-day return period. Make sure you return the items in unused condition, in the original packaging and with the attached labels.

If an item does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to pass on the resulting depreciation to you. This depreciation may amount to 100% of the purchase price.

Have you placed your order on a working day before 12 AM? Then it will be dispatched the same day with DPD.

As soon as your parcel leaves our distribution centre, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the track & trace code to follow the parcel. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will try to deliver the parcel to a neighbour. If this fails, the parcel will be delivered to a DPD location near you.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add your discount code afterwards. Some discount codes remain valid, so you can still use them on your next order.
