After you receive your order, you may return the items within 30 days. Click the button below to register your return and select the items you wish to return.

2. Packing

Pack the items you want to return in the shipping bag in which your order was delivered. Print out your shipping label and stick it on your parcel.

3. Send

Take your parcel to the nearest shipping point of the chosen shipping company.

4. Refund

Once our distribution centre has received your return, you will receive a refund or an adjusted Klarna invoice within 10 working days.

After you receive your order, you may return items in unused condition, in their original packaging, within 30 days.

If you choose to self-frank, always include your return form with your return shipment. Without a return form we cannot refund your order if you have chosen the option "self-shipment". After registering your return, you will receive the completed return form by e-mail.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item for another. If you would like to receive a different colour or size, we advise you to place a new order.

If you decide to return (part of) your order, make sure you use the Klarna app or website to register your return to avoid extra costs. Klarna will then put the invoice on hold until they receive a signal from us that your return has been processed. After this, you will automatically receive an adjusted invoice, without receiving payment reminders in the meantime.

 

After your return has been processed by us, you will automatically receive an adjusted invoice from Klarna. If you return all or part of your order, you will receive an invoice from Klarna via e-mail with the remaining amount and any shipping costs. If you have already paid your invoice to Klarna, but still decide to return, Klarna will automatically refund the amount paid to the account you used to pay.

Once the package reaches us, we process the return as soon as possible. This takes a maximum of 10 working days. If the return has not been processed after these 10 working days, please contact our customer service.

If you return the entire order, we will refund all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs. This will be done within 10 working days after we receive the return.

 

If you return only part of your order, the cost of delivery will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment you used to make the original transaction. This will be done within 10 working days after we receive the return.

Did you receive a gift with your order and are you returning your purchase in full? Then we would like to receive your gift with your return shipment as well. Should you wish to keep it, we will deduct the purchase price of your gift from the amount to be returned.

Yes, please follow the following steps to do so:

1. Register your first return via our returns portal and choose return shipping with DHL, postNL or DPD. Pay your return label.
2. Register your second return and choose "arrange shipping yourself". You will then not have to pay any return costs for this parcel.
3. Make sure both return forms are printed out in the shipping bag so we can track them.
